Jain Educational Entrepreneurship Program
A lightweight entrepreneurship program for Jain couples who want to build and run Shraman schools. Husband and wife participate together. Build something meaningful as a team.
A purposeful entrepreneurship program designed for couples ready to build schools
Husband and wife participate as a team. Education is a family mission.
Carefully selected Jain couples for the inaugural cohort
The founding cohort. The ones who build the movement.
The Opportunity
Not just a program. A movement — built by couples who believe education must fundamentally change.
Get trained and equipped to launch and operate a Kalash or Padam school with a complete, proven education framework behind you.
Schools thrive when families lead them. JEEP is designed for couples to learn, plan, and build together. Both perspectives matter.
Create capable, ethical, self-reliant youth in your community. Address the AI-age challenge while strengthening Jain values for the next generation.
You're not starting from scratch. The Shraman Framework, curriculum, learning objectives, teacher training, and Knowledge App are all built.
Join a carefully selected group of like-minded couples. Learn together, support each other, and build a network that lasts beyond the program.
Pilot schools operational. Pearson certification received. PhD research underway. You're joining a system with traction.
The JEEP Journey
A structured pathway that takes you from interest to running your own Shraman school.
Submit your application as a couple. We carefully select 20–30 Jain couples from across India based on commitment, values alignment, and entrepreneurial readiness.
Deep dive into the Shraman Framework, Six Domains, Four Mind Tools, and the operational model. Understand the philosophy, pedagogy, and business of running a Shraman school.
Build your own school independently, or step into a partner school chain run by a Sangh or Mahatma. Sanghs get trained, JUEF-certified operators; you gain instant community credibility and ready infrastructure. JEEP prepares you for both paths.
Work with JUEF to plan your school: location, infrastructure, teacher recruitment, community outreach, and admissions strategy. Use the complete JUEF school setup playbook.
Ongoing mentorship, the Knowledge App for daily curriculum delivery, teacher training support, and the full JUEF network behind you as you launch and grow your school.
An Additional Pathway
JEEP prepares you to launch your own school. But it also opens a second door — partner school chains built by Sanghs and Mahatmas across India. As a JEEP-trained couple, you bring exactly what they need. And they bring exactly what accelerates you.
Instant recognition within an established Sangh network. Ready infrastructure and community trust. You don’t start from zero — you step into a role built for you.
A trained, JUEF-certified couple who understands the Shraman system inside out — ready to operate their schools with competence and conviction. No more searching for the right people.
Is JEEP for You?
You see that current schools aren't preparing children for the AI age. You want to be part of the solution, not just a critic.
You're looking for something beyond traditional business. Something that creates community impact while building a sustainable institution.
You want your children, and your community's children, to grow up with Ahimsa, Satya, and Aparigraha as lived values, not just words.
You and your spouse are aligned on this vision. You believe that building a school is a family mission, not just a business venture.
Common Questions
The JEEP program includes immersive training for both husband and wife on the Shraman Framework, operational training for running a school, business planning support, and access to the JUEF cohort community. You'll gain everything needed to understand the model and prepare for launching a school.
No prior education experience is required. JEEP is designed to give you everything you need. What we look for is commitment, values alignment, entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine desire to impact education in your community. The Shraman Framework and JUEF support system provide the education expertise.
Running a school is a family commitment. Our experience shows that schools thrive when both partners understand the vision, philosophy, and operations. The couple format ensures alignment at home, diverse perspectives in decision-making, and a stronger foundation for a sustainable institution.
The first cohort is focused on Jain couples, as the Shraman Framework draws from Jain philosophical traditions, and the initial community network is within the Jain ecosystem. However, the education framework itself creates CAPABLE humans regardless of background — the philosophy is universal, even if the wisdom tradition is specific.
Launching a school requires careful preparation, infrastructure development, teacher training, and community engagement. JEEP prepares you thoroughly so you understand every aspect of the model, the operational requirements, and what it takes to build a sustainable institution that serves your community for generations.
Selection is based on values alignment with the Shraman philosophy, entrepreneurial readiness, community standing, vision for education, and genuine commitment to building institutions. We're looking for founding couples who will build the movement, not just attend a program.
Shraman schools use JUEF Baseline Examinations through Class VIII. For Class X and XII, we’ve partnered with Pearson (international) and NIOS (India). Your students will have fully recognised qualifications at every stage.
Cohort 1 — Limited to 20–30 Couples
This is the founding cohort. The couples who join now will be the ones who shape the Shraman school movement across India. If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you.
"Education is a family mission. JEEP is designed for couples who want to build something meaningful together — a school rooted in 2,500 years of wisdom, prepared for the AI age."
Our team reviews every application personally. Selected couples will be invited for a conversation to discuss alignment, expectations, and next steps. You'll hear from us within 7 working days of submitting your application.
