After going wide at Padam, Shikhar students go deep and then go hard. The Precipitation Insight has revealed each student's true orientation. Now they specialize with intensity, guided by professional mentors who are experts in their fields — not just teachers.
Self-directed learning reaches 50–70%. Students create research, solve real-world problems, and build the three D's: Dedication, Discipline, and Diligence. By graduation, a Conqueror can move to any city and set up life — cook, budget, repair, lead, research, and never give up.

The Progression
Class IX–X • Age 14–16
Build on Character and Mind domain proficiency from Kalash and Padam. Add SHRAM — build GRIT through extended Swadhyaya hours. 30–50% self-led learning. Transition from "go wide" to "dig deep for your answers." Read more, listen more. Solve REAL-WORLD problems.
Class XI–XII • Age 16–18
Build the 3 D's: Dedication, Discipline, Diligence. 50–70% self-led learning. Win the WAR, not battles. Work deep and hard. Reference EXPERTS through personal mentorship (1:10–12 ratio), research papers, and industry connections. Create research. Never give up.
Specialized Academies
Each wing is a specialized academy with dedicated labs, professional mentors, and a clear competitive focus.
Robotics workbenches, AI/ML coding arena, IoT and drone studio. Mentors: IIT/IIIT engineers, AI researchers, startup founders.
JEE Advanced, Hackathons, Coding Olympiads
Biology, chemistry, and biotech labs with PCR and electrophoresis equipment. Mentors: AIIMS/NIPER researchers, pharma scientists.
NEET/AIIMS Prep, Bio-Olympiads
Finance trading simulation, startup incubator, case-study studio. Mentors: IIM/ISB alumni, CAs, entrepreneurs, VCs.

Shikhar mentors are not classroom teachers. They are IIT engineers, AIIMS researchers, IIM alumni, NLU lawyers, national athletes, and working professionals who guide students through personal mentorship.
