The Shraman Education Framework
A complete education system from Nursery to Class XII, built on 2,500 years of Shraman wisdom. Six Domains. Four Mind Tools. Three Schools. One mission: build humans that AI cannot replace.
The Challenge
AI can write essays, solve math, generate code, and pass exams. If machines can do what schools teach, what should schools actually teach?
The World Economic Forum projects 85 million jobs displaced by AI by 2025, with 97 million new roles demanding creativity, ethics, and emotional intelligence.
Studies show the vast majority of graduates struggle to apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations. Schools build test-takers, not problem-solvers.
Despite millions of graduates each year, employers consistently report fewer than 25% are workplace-ready. The classroom-to-career gap is widening.
“Most of what kids currently learn at school will probably be irrelevant by the time they are 40. In order to keep up with the world of 2050, you will need not merely to invent new ideas and products but above all to reinvent yourself again and again.”
A Different Kind of School
Three distinct schools, each designed for a different stage of growing up. Age-appropriate environments, pedagogy, and mentorship — because a 4-year-old and a 16-year-old don't learn the same way, and shouldn't be taught the same way.
The Shraman Answer
Shraman Education develops the four capabilities that make humans irreplaceable in an AI world.
How you THINK. See truth from multiple viewpoints. Critical thinking AI fundamentally lacks.
How you SPEAK. Hold complexity and uncertainty. Nuanced reasoning AI cannot replicate.
How you LEARN. Self-directed, lifelong learning. Continuous adaptation for a changing world.
How you MAINTAIN. Focus, stillness, and deep attention in an age of infinite distraction.
Complete Development
Every Shraman student develops across six integrated domains — not just academics, but the full spectrum of human capability.
HOW to think — the operating system. Built through four pedagogical tools: Anekantwad, Syadwad, Swadhyaya, Dhyana.
WHAT is learned. Knowledge + creativity across languages, sciences, arts, humanities, and Jain scholarship.
Panch Mahavratas as transformation mechanism. By graduation, students ARE ethical — not just think about it.
Relationships through the full arc of life: self, family, society, earth — including marriage, parenting, and legacy.
Shram (dignified labour) + physical development. Nine foundational life skills placed equal to academics.
Purpose and meaning that EMERGES when the other five domains align. Not taught — cultivated through alignment.
See It in Action
Performance halls where children dance and act. Climbing structures that build courage. Art studios alive with color. Meditation corners for stillness. Every space is intentional — designed to develop the whole human, not just the mind.

Three schools, six developmental stages, one continuous arc from awakening to mastery.
Creativity Is Not Extra-Curricular
In Shraman schools, creativity holds equal weight with mathematics. Every child sings, paints, performs, and builds — because that's what makes a complete human.
Now Accepting Applications
A lightweight entrepreneurship program for Jain couples who want to build Shraman schools. Husband and wife participate together. Build something meaningful as a team.
Learning Beyond Walls
Every Kalash school features a rooftop garden where children grow vegetables, study insects, measure rainfall, and learn patience. Shram (dignified labour) starts here — hands in the soil, mind in the sky.
Explore the FrameworkWhat Sets Us Apart
Compared to Montessori, IB, Finnish, Waldorf, and Gurukul models, Shraman is the only framework that combines all of these:
First education system to explicitly frame cognitive development as building an OS. Four Mind Tools embedded in every lesson, every day.
Not instruction but automated inner regulation. By graduation, the Panch Mahavratas are how students naturally behave, not rules they follow.
Nine foundational life skills (cooking, first aid, financial literacy, handiman) placed equal to math and science. Diagnosed and tracked the same way.
After 8 years of multi-domain observation, a child's true orientation becomes clear. Only genuine JEE candidates go to science. Others find their real groove.
The Sambandh-Jeevan curriculum explicitly prepares for marriage, parenting, household management, elder care, and legacy. Not just college readiness.
By graduation, a Conqueror can move to any city and set up life. Cook, budget, repair, lead, research, and never give up — however hard the problem.
